We can all admit a Bulldog isn’t the strangest thing we’ve seen come out of East Texas. Nevertheless, they came into town tonight to visit the Cowgirls. Going into this year we thought the only thing we had to worry about was a pandemic, but unfortunately, we also have to worry about questionable officiating…the Bulldogs kept this one close shooting 27 of 29 from the free throw line compared to the Cowgirls 2 of 4. The Cowgirls were led tonight by Jules LaMendola with a career high 28 points and Allyssa Potter with 14 points to give the Cowgirls the edge over Edgewood…66-57.
